No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds on Thrift Spot Merchandise and Memorabilia

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Thrift Spot merchandise (used clothing)
Memorabilia items

These items are sold as-is and all sales are final.

Apparel Returns for Store Credit

Apparel items (excluding Thrift Spot merchandise and memorabilia) may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for store credit only.
To be eligible, the apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Customers must contact us in advance at info@jjrubellofficial.com to initiate a return.
We will issue store credit upon inspection and approval of the returned item.

Returns Shipping and Handling

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning items for store credit.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@jjrubellofficial.com within 3 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if appropriate, offer a resolution on a case-by-case basis.
